Well, probably acting *against* piracy...

The organization is most likely the Canadian Alliance Against Software
Theft (http://www.caast.ca/) which is really just the BSA North.

I regularly report myself to CAAST and BSA.  I say I have six PC's without
a single properly-licensed Windows OS.  Alas, they have yet to bite and send
me a warning letter. :-)

Anyway, are there any print references to the Ottawa Hospital situation?
This could be a good time for some PR from OCLUG.  We could offer to
replace all unlicensed OS's and office suites for free, using OpenOffice
and Linux.  We could underscore the dire straits of health care funding
and explain how lots of money could be saved...
