Something about threatening to sue ME over a residual $22.50 bill that was
incurred by someone ELSE pissed me off. You know, customer service involves
a tad more than having someone polite and knowledgable answer the phone.
It might even involve calling a customer when there is an issue to resolve.

I ended up paying the bill, and recovering my loss from the original person,
but I didn't like the way the situation was handled, and it will be a LONG
time before I use their service again.

Rod.
