Hello everyone:
	Reading the comments re: Rogers reminds me of a problem I had with the
Pennysaver newspaper. The paper was always left on the front step where
it would be picked up by the wind and scattered around the neighborhood.
I have an external mailbox but the delivery person was always too lazy
to use it. One day I heard a 'bump' on the screen door and, upon
investigating, I found a sample product had been thrown at the house
instead of being placed in the mailbox. When I questioned the delivery
girl, she told me to 'get stuffed' (or words to that effect).
	Instead of contacting the Pennysaver which had ignored all my previous
complaints, I wrote (using snail mail) to the company whose sample had
been launched against my door. I also cc'd the Pennysaver. Since then,
all the Pennysavers end up in the mailbox.
	Two quick points about Rogers. Use snail mail instead of e-mail (Yes,
paper mail is still a very powerful communications vehicle). And, you
might consider writing to the sponsors as well (as I did) as Rogers is
in business to make money and if their sponsors get upset with unhappy
customers, they're the first to let Rogers know of their displeasure.
