heh... unfortunately, this is the classic chicken-and-egg scenario.
Companies want to hire experienced people, and people want to be hired to
gain experience. I think your best bet might be to simply look for a job
with a small company (big companies have standards that they don't stray
from) and work with Windows, but slowly (as time, and management, permits)
add Linux systems to their network.
