Over the last year or two I've seen 2 seperate IRC channels setup for just
that.  It probably wouldn't hurt to make it official, and have one on the
OCLUG home page.

Paul, as for which one is set up, I believe there is one setup on
irc.openprojects.net on channel #oclug.on.ca.
