[oclug] Expert on Tex? Please contact me!

Hi,
  I work at Justice Canada and am interested in Tex for a project.  However,
I need more information on Tex and it's capabilities in order to justify
using it.  More specifically, I'd like to speak with a Tex expert capable of
answering questions of the following kind: "Can Tex be used to do X?" and
"If so, how easily can it be done?"
