Grr. Sorry about that. DVDs are in a high bitrate MPEG2, which you
have to change to MPEG1 for VCDs or much lower bitrate MPEG2 for
SVCDs. Too bad MPEG2 doesn't support bitrate scaling like Ogg Vorbis
does. I wonder if Theora/Tarkin will support the same thing?
