If everyone had a complete copy of the other guy's website, then yes it
is very possible.

But if you consider dynamic content and large websites it would be quite
channeling and probably not worth the effort for a 'small website
owner'.  Basically you would have to duplicate your setup on all the
other servers and allow others to do the same on your server.
