One of the things which quite surprises a lot of my new clients
is that their Linux box is usually more reliable than the rest of
the equipment connecting it to the Internet. :-)  Usually, if a Web
server goes down, you automatically suspect the server itself, but
my clients are learning to blame ISP failures now. :-)
