In my never ending quest for information, I have wondered down the road of 
starting to document some of the stuff that I really need to archive and 
retain. Some of this material is going to end up on the web at some point so 
clean html to allow application of CSS is necessary. 

So far I have found tidy an excellent tool. Any others that I need to know 
about wrt to cleansing and formatting html code?

My immediate need is a tool that conversts html tags from upper case to lower 
case. Any suggestions?
