[oclug] [OT] Need a new ISP

The ISP I use (AT&T) to connect my Linux box to the greater 'Net is just
not quite up to snuff anymore.  They used to be great, and for
connectivity (I get 3.5days average before they turf my connection)
they're stil quite good, but access times to websites, ssh access to this
box, and general throughput are sagging to annoying levels (even for
dialup).

So, is there a good dialup (yes, some of us are still only able to have
access to bleeding edge telco technology permitting up to 28.8k speeds)
ISP, local to Ottawa, who has good network access, permits unlimited
connectivity and charges <$25/mo?
