Out of curiosity, what's the battery life like, and how's the video
support? I have a Compaq Presario 705 with an Athlon 1GHz and I get
between 1.5 and 2 hrs max. The laptop is ACPI only, and ACPI support
under Linux us still quite young, while it does power off on shutdown,
that's about as much power management as I can get. Can the iBook power
off the screen, and go into low power standby?
Also, how warm do they run, and do you get OpenGL acceleration?
Thanks for the info,
Ben
