[oclug] nic recommendations

I have used these cards before, never had a problem.  I'm not sure what
the chipset on these is and its a little unlikely that I'm going to poke
into my various systems here to see where those cards are, but I don't
remember having any problems with any redhat setup with those cards from
6.0 to 7.3
