Yes thats all true and good motherhood statements etc. However dear Dr. ya 
miss the central tentant of the ongoing discussion which is that a forced, 
mandated or legislated deployment of source accessible software only, 
elevates or removes the ability to choose. You are limited to source 
accessible vendors only if the proposed legislation is brought into rule. Is 
this good,. bad, appropriate, fair, hypocrytical, dangerous etc.  Me 
withholds comment.
