Have not spend a lot of time researching this but I would suppose that Israel 
would be a prime exporter of this technology as every house/facility has a 
combination of these systems installed and operational for at least 10 years 
now.....in quieter times its a wonderfull place (actually the entire mideast) 
to visit. Spend almost 2 years in the region and can't say enough positive 
things about it. Things have obviousely changed however but this should not 
deter your immediate interests nor investigations for source material and 
expertise.
