	Stumbled across the ogg-streaming internet radio site WOPN tonight. 
That's "Wallops Open Project Network". Neat.  The link on the site
(http://www.wopn.org) to start listening only works for xmms, I think.  So
with the help of "rOOt" on the irc channel #WOPN, I hacked this
'application' entry for Netscape...

	Yea, kinda icky, but it does work!  On the command line I added a
window title and 80x12 geometry to make the window look better on the
desktop.

	I think it's tres cool how each new song pops up artist and title
info.  BTW they are looking for people to provide information shows as well. 
Right now it's just music in the evenings.
