We *just* filled a Unix sysadmin position in the NSSG (formerly E-Smith) 
group at Mitel.  That position had been open for quite some time (4 to 6 
months), so don't let some of the other comments get you down.  While a 
bit more scarce than before, the jobs are out there.  It's a matter of 
finding them.
