I'm joining this thread late.  This is becoming a fairly visible issue in 
the larger public mind; I bet we could get a local TV news item on this 
meeting.  It would be a public service, and beside that, free publicity 
for Linux and OCLUG.  I've seen pieces on this subject on all the local 
news programmes.  CJOH or RO are shoo-ins.
