[oclug] Test Shows 99.99% of High School Seniors Can't Read Perl

In high school I only knew how to program in Basic. 
I have worked in perl quite a bit recently and I understand
most of what is written but not all. I'm sure I could figure
out the rest though. 

But for Mr. Paul Chen to suggest for people in first grade to start
learning Perl is just plain crazy. I honestly hope that this a joke
of some sort. 

Just my 2 cents.
