INTERPOL exists in canada too,
	but they have the governing power of CISUS
	Really, If your wondering, CISUS can if they so "feel" and yes I mean feel
as in emotionally,
	That you are a threat to Canadian security, they can and will charge you
and throw you in Jail or execute charges without your knoledge of them, and
they have a really nasty Constitutional exemption that allows them to do
pretty much what ever they wish.
	I'm not parranoid, ok well just a bit, however;
	There was a case that made it into the supreme court of canada where a
lawyer with an excess of 20 years of experence had been charged by cesus
(1984) with intent to commit treason (Yes that felony is still punishable by
death!) and was fined one quarter of a millon dollars.  He bieng a lawer
knew the judicial system's in's and out's better than most and it still took
him 5 years to get the appeal to the supreme court and even then they still
ruled in favour of CESUS.

	If your wondering CESUS is the RCMP's ex "plain clothes div" of the RCMP,
they were formed soon after the FLQ affair in montreal.  Some constitutional
ammendments were made, but you have to look very hard to find them.

They don't but there is such a thing as internation cooperation. The
local authorities press the charges while the foreign authorities do
the investigating. It's similar to INTERPOL, but I believe that in
Europe INTERPOL does actually have local authority in each of the
member countries.
