Not so, that is evidence against you, not a guilty verdict.  Your guilt or innocence is still, if you desire, determined in a court.  You can also plea guilty and avoid court in a traffic case, by sending in the fine, but you have the right to a trial.  And, the evidence was that it was your car, as the registered owner you are responsible, not guilty.  Something our society needs more of, people taking responsibility.
