[oclug] April meeting - status?

Our next meeting will be Thursday, April 5th, at 7:00 at Algonquin as
per usual. Since I said I'd chair the "events" committee for OCLUG,
and since I'll actually be *at* this meeting, I guess I darn well
ought to help coordinate the meeting, correct?

So first, Andrew, can you put the date and time up on the web site?

Second, we need to firm up what's going on at the meeting. I said
back in February that I'd be glad to do a presentation about CVS
at this April meeting, and I still am willing to do so, but it also
does seem we have other possibilities as well (and I can always do
the CVS talk at another meeting). That I know of, I've seen three
separate threads about things for the meeting:

  - nominations for OCLUG board
  - Paul Godin talking about Kylix
  - Vic Gedris' Programming Wars

So I guess I have questions for those three folks:

Randal, how much time do you think we need to go over board stuff
and take nominations?

Paul, how much of a presentation are you interested in doing on Kylix?
An hour? 45 mins? 30 mins? 10 mins? or what?

Vic, since I wasn't at the past meeting, it's not clear to me what
the status is for the Programming Wars. Are we doing something with
it at the April meeting? And if so, how much time do we need?

Regards,
Dan
