Bill, I saw your e-mail soon after you sent it and have been looking for it 
since then.  I have a very strong feeling that I tossed it after doing the 
upgrade, thinking that I'd never need it again.  I'm terribly sorry; it 
never crossed my mind that someone else could use it.

If it turns up or if I see one around, I'll definitely let you know.
