Nope.  The information was gathered but nobody had the time/energy
to lead the effort forward.  I'd gladly put one on my car... but I 
think we had to come up with 200 people who definitely would pay
the extra amount (on an annual basis) for the plate with Tux.
And... we need someone to come up with the $5K... which, in this
sour investment climate, may be more difficult.

It's certainly something that *could* be done... especially if we
joined efforts with the LUGs over in the Toronto area... 

We just need someone to carry the flag... and no one who participated
in those earlier discussions had the time to do so.
