[oclug] tax online & netscape 6 download

When you unpack the 100K installer there is a file "config.ini" that lists
the various components and packages to retrieve.
You can use wget to retrieve these files directly and then tweak the
config.ini file to point to localhost running an ftp server or possibly the
files themselves.

Ex.
