[oclug] mp3 encoding

I use grip (which uses cdparanoia) as a ripping/encoding interface, and
lame as my encoder. In my opinion lame make better quality MP3s, plus
you can make VBR MP3s, and you have more controll over what happens with
the audio stream. :)
