[oclug] .rhosts Question/Problems

I have a .rhosts file and would like to be able to rlogin or rsh to
locale unix/linux machines here in my office.  Now I either get an
access denied message or it asks me for passwords.  Are there any
control files that I need to be aware of that I need to modify?
