[oclug] TREAT AS URGENT CONFIDENTIAL

This is a pure scam.  This letter was show on the news yesterday at my 
local tv station!  Turns out, a bunch of senior citizen's are forking out 
hundreds or thousands of dollars for this crap!  Like someone else said, 
this is widely known.
