	Yes, I use wget, *BUT* with netscape 6 it looks like I can only get
it by running a 100k installer I downloaded from the web page, and that
guy's the one that can't resume a previous partial download.

	I see no other download method available from Netscape's web page,
but maybe I'm mistaken?  I'm going to try a 'custom' download without the
java, and that might come in under 75 minutes.

PS for you Freenet people, I am using the mitel lines, after midnight, but
it seems to cut me off after 75 minutes every time.
