Does anyone have a decent video4linux compatible card?

Do you have hardware MPEG encoder on it?

Any bad ones I should watch out for?

I looked at the DC10plus.  It has the ability to output to motion-jpeg,
what is that?

What I want is something that would replace my VCR... where I can run cron
jobs to record some shows to my HD.  And as well so that I can watch TV on
it.
