Yes. I downloaded in last night to give it a shot.  It's beta, but even at
that, it performs better than Netscape 4.x.  It's closed-source, which is
a drag, and that includes some binary config files (what OS did they
develop this for?).  It's GUI is a very nice Qt 2.x.  It's very fast,
well-organized, and pleasant.  Shame about the lack of source, though. 
That's an opportunity missed.

The prog. is a fast download, too.
