They are providing the tech support for a few franchises. It is one of the
franchises that I am doing some work for. I really feel for the owner of the
franchise. IGS Ottawa appears to have him by the short ones. Its too bad.
This guy complains and complains to no avail. It is partially his own fault
because it appears that the tech support clause in the contract was a nudge
nudge wink wink type thingy. Not a wise business move. Maybe he should look
at trying to make a deal with Storm or something. I find the tech support
guys at IGS a little bloated in the head. I think this is typical for
someone who is not confident in themselves, perhaps. I did not major in
psychology.
Anyhow, I am going to try and help this guy as much as I can.
