[oclug] (OT?) Monitor

Hey Gang,

After start-up this A.M., when I turned on my monitor, it made a very
quiet, glassy noise like a lightbulb cooling and noise lines blinked on
the screen several times while this happened.  Is it gonna blow?  Should I
duck and cover?  Seriously, is this symptomatic of an imminent problem?
