[oclug] DHCP server and Cable

I am on Rogers at Home.
My settup now is:

Cable net

    |
Red Hat 6.2
eth1 :DHCPclient
Pmfirewall (IPChains) / IpMasQ
eth0 : 192.168.1.1
	255.255.255.0
     |
     |
    hub
     |
-------------------
|	   	  |
Win98se		Win98se
"Helix"		"bev"
192.168.1.2	192.168.1.3
255.255.255.0	255.255.255.0

Does anyone see any problems with me changing the eth0 to a DHCP server?
