[oclug] L-M 7.2 questions

Hi all,
I've installed Linux-Mandrake 7.2 lately and found a couple of things 
I don't like about it

1)  How do you disable that Aurora graphical boot up thingy? I like 
the old style better.

2)  adsl-stop won't disconnect me from Sympatico, is this a bug of 
some kind? I believe it's v. 2.5 of David's RPPPPoE

KDE sure have done a great job on their Konqueror web browser. I've 
been looking for something to replace Netscape and this one does the 
trick for me. Kmail and Knode, the news reader are pretty darn good 
as well.
