This is linuxconf's web based configuration utility. I personally have found
linuxconf to be more often broken than not, although I have never tried the
web interface.
You are best to remove the line from your inet.conf config file, unless
you really want to play around with configurations from the web.
In general, I suggest removing any daemons which you can't explicitly
account for.
