Ok, ok, enough of this talk about PCs before I was even born.

I have enought of a hard time with Linux as it is =).

Here is a question for you all.

I had to manually change my IRQs in the BIOS to enable my sound and NIC to 
function.

Now once I did this I figured my Win2k would be all out of whack and I'd 
have to manually change them.

After I booted in Win2k, everything stayed the same. My sound and NIC still 
show in IRQ 9.

Someone mentionned Bus mastering in the BIOS was probably enabled, is that 
why? Not to familiar with this.
