Yep. I've also installed Linux onto systems running WinNT on NTFS
partitions and had no problems booting either. From my experience and what
I understand of it, to lilo, a bootsector is a bootsector - it doesn't care
what's in there, it just copies it and loads it when you tell it
to. DOS/Win9x or NT, it's all the same to lilo.
I've actually had Solaris, Linux, NT, Win95 and DOS6.22 all on the same box
(the box I'm on now) at one time (not now), none of which required a
diskette to load. Just chain the bootloaders together.
