[oclug] Mail filtering with Procmail

I liked the idea of being able to forward your mail based on a subject
regex so I updated my mail filter to include that feature.  If you're
interested, go to http://www.hld.ca/opensource/hldfilter

It also has webpage statistics with graphs, and several advanced
anti-spam features.  My favorite one is that it emails the spammers ISP
(abuse at isp.com) to report the spam incident.
