[oclug] mutt and function keys

	Well, I think I'm finally abondoning Pine.  After a few hours I've
found most of the config options I want.  Some things I need help with:

1. The <F1> key works under console, but not when in an rxvt - I was gonig
to use an octal to match the X keycode, but that would be capital 'C'.

2. If you bind (or macro) a key under 'generic', does it override a
menu-specific binding, or does the specific binding override the generic?

3. When an Outlook user sends me mail with those one-line-paragraphs, and
I reply with quoted text, can Mutt by itself wrap those lines with quote
character at the 1st column of each *new* line?
