Seriously, Shad should *not* have posted a private e-mail on a public
forum.  It is definitely a violation of copyright, as well as plain
irresponsible, and if I were mean enough, I could probably make trouble
for him.  But it's not worth it.  His posting should simply serve to
warn anyone who corresponds with him not to trust him.
