Two remarks:
- Red Hat has been fussy about the license on the qt libraries.
Since the changed with the license thing are different.
Their position has produce in my opinion positive results,
they are then pro-KDE.
- With a little bit of observations, you will agree that the
release of 6.2 and 7.0 where in complete desynchronization.
The proof is: ftp download.sourceforge.net, cd in rawhide, ls kde*, and
ls qt*.
That site keep old copy of version of rpm that have appeared in rawhide.
For january, new rpm has appeared each week, and one release for
the first week of February. qt is version 2.2.4
Then your assertion is wrong, and Red Hat is doing a very good job
with the support of KDE2.
