That's interesting. The file is only about 250K so it can't be a right iso
image. If you already have 6.1 running, I wouldn't recommend an upgrade to
7.0. I upgraded from 6.2 to 7.0 and I have had nothing but problems. I
should have waited for 7.1 or 7.2...
Anyway, if you want to go ahead and try it, you can use the same iso for
fresh installation or upgrade.
I usually download iso images from ftp.linuxberg.com. The download speed is
pretty slow but it's been always successful.
