Well, you can buy one off the shelf.

You can buy the CD that someone else burnt.

You can go to http://www.linuxiso.org/ and take advantage of the
bandwidth offered by the various nice folks.

Since libPropList is on the second CD, you'll need both CDs to have a
decent window manager.
