Konqueror supports Javascript natively, and Java if you have JDK
installed.  Comes with SSL, and great language support (I was *shocked*
the other day when I went to a Lithuanian web page and the "accented"
characters were displayed properly, in an ugly font though...).

Konqueror's homepage is: http://www.konqueror.org but their DNS seems to
be non-existent right now....

But overall I find it's a great browser and file manager.
