If wrapping is set up properly, lines will be broken at 72 characters
*between words*, but one long word that is more than 72 characters long
will first wrap to the next line, but then keep going.

For example, here's a really long URL at the end of this line:
http://www.blahblahblah.com/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asfd/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/asdf/

So that previous "line" I posted should be broken into two lines, but no
more than that.

However, some mail programs will automatically wrap it when viewing.

But breaking *all* lines at 72 characters is wrong, IMHO.
