I don't mind pgp signatures at all.  I think they're cool, I use them
now and then, but not for oclug.  The reason I don't is because I'm lazy
and don't want to type my password everytime.  I have no problems with
people using pgp.

Gotta agree with Tom here.  This would be a waste of bandwidth :)
