Well it seems that all the kafufl is about the transition of their support 
efforts ie: call desk from Oakland back to Germany. They jsut released a 
press release to clarify. I would hate to be there PR agency who blew this 
one bad. Seems that their commitment is to remain in the US. Now if they 
could only get there retail operations up to par, more people could be 
exposed to this wonderful set of tools.
