In frustration I tried to install RedHat 7 last night, I could not get the
monitor to to "sync". Today I will buy a new
ATI Expert series Video card, (ensuring it's on the HCL) and see if that
helps. I also see that Mandrake supplies both Xfree86 3.3.6 & 4.0.1. Do you
know how to drop back to 3.3.6, can I just install the RPM?
