Hi,

	If this is a NetWinder OfficeServer its unable to use more than
8 character usernames, so what you have to do is go to Administrator
Services,click on services and beside mailserver (SMTP) click on configure
now scroll down to the bottom of the page and click add new alias. Now in
the alias field enter the username that they have printed in the catalog,
then in the Real destination field enter the username of a user on the
netwinder that would like to recieve these emails.. ie sales, or catalog
or something..
